2017 Festival Vendor Application


It’s that time again! We would like to invite you to join us on Main Street in
New Carlisle for our 13th Annual Heritage of Flight Festival. All the fun starts on Friday, September 29th and runs until Sunday, October 1st. Food vendors that want to come in on Friday for the Cruise-In are asked to be on Main Street no later than 12 noon on Friday the 29th of September, we want plenty of time for you to set up before the health department comes in for the needed inspections. We will offer water again this year with the help of a city employee on staff the entire length of the festival. As in the past if you need electric you will need to provide your own generators. All concession vendors will be responsible for having all necessary health permits, and follow all health laws. If you have any questions please contact:

We are expecting another huge successful festival!!! This year we have many activities planned for the fun-filled weekend. On Saturday we will have the parade, rides, food, auction, bake sale, vendors of all kinds and live entertainment on stage. Sunday we will host church services on the main stage to start the day, a kiddie tractor pull at 2pm, vendors and more entertainment on the main stage. We will also have the ever-popular 50/50 drawing.

Get your application in early, space is limited and will be given on a first come basis. Complete vendor packets will be sent out in September.
