2017 Vendor Info and Forms



We are looking for vendors for our 13th Annual Heritage of Flight Festival on Main Street in New Carlisle. This year the Festival will be held September 29th thru October 1st.

Last year was a huge success and this year is looking even bigger and better! Be sure to check out this year’s schedule here on the site.

Do you belong to an organization wanting to get the word out on your program? Do you do crafts you would like to sell? Maybe a fundraiser for your club? We will welcome everyone that would like to set up.

Main Street will be a flurry of activities for the weekend. The Festival kicks off Friday, September 29th at 4pm with a classic cruise in, last year we had over 650 cars!

Saturday, September 30th begins with entertainment at 10am, with the Parade of Planes and Community Parade starting at 11am. So, if you would like to spend the weekend on Main Street in beautiful New Carlisle, Ohio, complete the vendor application appropriate for your space and submit online or by mail. We are expecting a huge turnout, so get your application in early.

FOOD VENDOR SPACES FOR 2017 ARE CURRENTLY FILLED

For Non Food Vendors (Sat & Sun) $50.00
(Non Food Vendors – half price for non profit organizations.)
Hours for Non Food Vendors are Saturday, right after the parade until 10pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.
— No early tear downs —

If you would like more information please give us a call and we will try to answer all of your questions. We will be sending out vendor packets with all the information on vendor placement, parking, etc. sometime in early to mid-September.
